How to add user comments to your burned CDs/DVDs:
To enable comments onto your burned discs, start by opening AutoRay and click the icon Configure (Icon with the tools).
Under the "Media" tab check the box "Prompt for comment for manual create media". Then press OK. This will load up a comment box when you select "Publish Disk" for manual burning.
To add the comments section to your disk template use the tag {Comment} in a text box. (This has already been added to your disk template by default)
